Lou Trudeau, Board Member

Currently, chef instructor at Assabet Valley High School in Marlboro since 2003. Responsible for engaging students to create quality food while having fun. Culinary Alumni 1987. Prior to Assabet, Chef Lou spent 16 years with Marriott Corporation, working his way up from cold commissary cook to Executive Chef. He is a Mass Culinary Art Teacher Testing Examiner and Assabet After Dark Instructor, Day on the Hill Culinary Coordinator and host site for the ECBACF certification exams. Lou’s hobbies are softball coach at Marlboro Middle School, jogging. He also enjoys watching football, going to the beach, reading James Patterson books and spending time with family.
