Nils has over 30 years in the foodservice industry. Nils served as a regional sales manager for a leading broad-liner in New England and for the last 20 years, has worked as a territory manager for Dave SwainAssociates, a leading commercial foodservice equipment manufacturer sales organization. Nils graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in hotel and restaurant management. Nils lives in Centerville, MA with his wife Elena. Hobbies and interests include sporting clays, volunteer work at our local library, and helping to prepare meals at our local homeless shelter.
