Rory Galleghar, Board Member
“Rory” has been cooking since the age of 10. He has held numerous positions in the culinary field over the past forty years. He has been a member of the Epicurean Club of Boston for over25 years. In 1994, he was an assistant at the prestigious Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead, Massachusetts, and his attraction to the ocean air has kept him in Marblehead to this day. Now he is at the Landing Restaurant; however, to keep things exciting he also moonlights at the famous Hyatt Regency in Cambridge, Ma. where the exclusive dining room actually revolves. With all this going on, Rory managed to be on the board of ECB for the last 20 years, always serving on various committees, always on the fundraising James Di Marzio, CEC; golf tournament which is held yearly. This year he, along with other members of the ECB board, will begin a new committee, The ECB Junior Board with the goal of enticing young culinarians to join our 127-year-old organization.
