Denise Graffeo, CEC, AAC, HOF Board Member

Chef DeniseGraffeois a Certified Executive Chef and a member of the American Academy of Chefs, Les Dames d 'Escoffier and in the Culinary Hall of Fame with over five decades of culinary-related experience. Chef retired from working in the industry back in 2008 but continues to offer her valuable experience. She is currently on the board for the Epicurean Club where she oversees the scholarship committee that helps new chefs to become successful in this very competitive industry. Chef Denise’s hobbies include travel, gardening, culinary history, reading, fundraising, boating and spending time with family.
