Certified and award-winning professional executive chef with 45 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Chef Connolly has worked in many facets of the business including fine dining restaurants, catering, and contract management. He has held many roles from dishwasher to corporate executive chef as well as multi-unit GM and Executive Director. Presently a Corporate Executive Chef for Unidine and has been with this company for 4-1/2 years.CWC in 1991, CEC in 1995, CCA in 2012 and inducted into AAC in 2013. Cutting Edge Award in 2012, National Dr. LJ Minors Chef`s Professionalism Award in 2013. Chef of the year for ECB in 2012. Presidents Medallion for ECB in 2013. Presidents Medal from ACF president in2014. Approved Practical Testing examiner from 2000 to the present. Dual Role Serv-Safe instructor and proctor. ECB committees include presidents' ball, certification, golf scholarship, BBQscholarship, and Olympic team fundraisers, National committees as a member of ethics and parliamentarian committees. Past president serving 4 years from 2015 through 2019. Presently chairman of the board. Have held positions of board member at large, treasurer and Clerk / Recording secretary.
