Chef John is a Certified Executive Chef and a member of the American Academy of Chefs with experience that reaches over five decades. Currently the lead culinary foundations trainer for Sodexo, he is also an American Culinary Federation Certified Evaluator and the Epicurean Club of Boston’s club president. Hobbies and interests include fishing, gardening, and cooking.
